Cancellation Policy

At SWIFTGATEWAY PAYMENT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to cancel an order. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing order cancellations on our platform.



1. Order Cancellation by Customer


a. Before Dispatch

  • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • To request cancellation, customers must initiate the cancellation through their account dashboard on our website or the order confirmation page.

  • Once the cancellation request is approved, a confirmation will be sent via email, and a refund (if applicable) will be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

b. After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • However, customers may choose to refuse delivery at the time of arrival. Once the product is returned to our warehouse in its original condition, a refund (after deducting shipping and handling charges) will be processed within 7–10 business days.



2. Order Cancellation from our end

SWIFTGATEWAY PAYMENT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • The product is out of stock or discontinued.

  • Pricing or technical errors occurred during the order placement.

  • Payment verification failure or incomplete transaction.

  • Orders placed using invalid, incomplete, or fraudulent details.

In such cases, customers will be notified via email or SMS, and any amount paid will be fully refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.



3. Refund Timelines

  • Refunds for valid cancellations will be processed within 5–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

  • Depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider, the refunded amount may take additional time to reflect in the account.

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during the transaction.



4. Non-Cancellable Items

Certain products are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed, due to their nature. These may include:

  • Products that have been customized or made-to-order.

  • Digital goods such as software licenses or e-vouchers.

  • Consumable items (like printer ink cartridges or batteries) once opened.



5. Modification of Orders

Once an order has been placed, modifications such as changing product, address, or payment method are not permitted.
Customers must cancel the existing order (if eligible) and place a new one.



6. Policy Updates
